The cards were issued in two-card panels, designed to be separated into a pair of cards. For lack of an MLB license, the color player photos at center have the uniform logos removed. Printed at top is the face value of the particular card, while the player's name, team and league are printed in a white circle at bottom-right. American Leaguers' cards are bordered in red, while the National League cards have blue borders.

Peter Edward Rose Sr. (1941-2024), nicknamed "Charlie Hustle", was an American professional baseball player and manager. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) from 1963 to 1986, most prominently as a member of the Cincinnati Reds lineup known as the Big Red Machine for their dominance of the National League in the 1970s. Some of his career highlights include being a 17 time All-Star, NL MVP, three time World Series Champion and World Series MVP in 1975. The autograph is bold and well placed at the bottom without impeding the image.
