Item Description
4.75" long. Light brown stain in white field just left of blue shape of Illinois, as well as some ink bleed on "Nation." Otherwise slight even age toning w/ moderate wear. Fine. Lowden was a top contender for the Republican nomination in 1920 and 1928, but lost to Harding and Hoover, respectively. Bob Atwater Collection.
