Penney catalog, packaged in plain brown cardboard outer sleeve (secrured at ends w/paper packing tape). J.C. Penney catalog stock number label present but no mailing label. Cardboard sleeve and box both show obvious moisture staining w/moderate wear to left/right box ends; side showing Cobra C.L.A.W. has large dent. Despite issues, still a very rare G.I. Joe piece.
