Item Description
Each is 1.25". One has union bugs on curl at 3 and 9 o'clock, while the other has union bug below "Ligham" and black outline on "Ligham" text. Each has only light wear. Both Exc. Chester Ligham served as state rent control director of New Jersey before running for Congress in 1956. He was defeated by incumbent Hugh Addonizio. John Pendergrass Collection.
