Item Description
3-3/8"x5-3/8". The 1939-46 Exhibit Salutation set consists of 83 cards. The cards feature a black and white image with a brown or red-brown tint. Each carries a salutation such as "Best Wishes," or "Sincerely Yours," along with a facsimile autograph. The unnumbered cards have blank backs and a MADE IN USA mark on the front at the bottom.

Robert William Andrew Feller nicknamed "the Heater from Van Meter", "Bullet Bob", and "Rapid Robert", was an American baseball pitcher who played 18 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cleveland Indians between 1936 and 1956. In a career spanning 570 games, Feller pitched 3,827 innings and posted a win-loss record of 266-162, with 279 complete games, 44 shutouts, and a 3.25 earned run average (ERA). His career 2,581 strikeouts were third all-time upon his retirement. Bob Feller was inducted into the National Baseball Hall Of Fame in 1962. The bold felt tip pen signature garnered a perfect "10" autograph grade from PSA. Autograph is bold and well placed near the bottom of the card. A review of the PSA/DNA pop report indicates that this signed copy is the sole highest graded example.
