Each card features a sepia or black-and-white action or portrait photograph with the player's name written in script, emulating the player's signature, near the bottom of each in white or black.

Stanley Frank Musial, nicknamed "Stan the Man", was an American baseball outfielder and first baseman. Widely considered to be one of the greatest and most consistent hitters in baseball history, Musial spent 22 seasons in Major League Baseball (MLB), playing for the St. Louis Cardinals, from 1941 to 1944 and from 1946 to 1963, before becoming a first-ballot inductee into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969. Some of his many career highlights include being a 24 time All-Star, a three time World Series Champion, a three time MVP and a seven time NL batting champion. He was named as part of the Major League Baseball All-Century Team.  The bold felt tip pen signature garnered a perfect "10" autograph grade from PSA. Autograph is bold and well placed near the bottom of the card. A review of the PSA/DNA pop report indicates that this is one of two examples graded at this level with only four others ever graded higher.
