Item Description
1.25" dia. No maker listed. June, 1917 marked the first registration of conscription in the US for men between ages 21-31. President Woodrow Wilson expressed his wish that "May There Be None Unenlisted On That Day" and the initials for War Saving Stamps also appear w/"June 28" date. Light age over his name at the bottom, rest clean. Fine.
