Item Description
Seven 10.5x14" and one 8.5x11.25" paper magazine Halloween advertisements for various beverage companies. Lot of eight original print ads includes: 1953 Schlitz Beer w/hostess serving guests at a dinner table showing a Jack-O-Lantern centerpiece, 1955 Ballantine "that's Ale brother!" smiling Jack-O-Lantern w/beer bottle and glass, 1958 Pepsi-Cola "Be Bright! Be Light! Have a Pepsi!" w/masquerade woman in costume wearing Jack-O-Lantern earrings, 1960 Pepsi-Cola "Pepsi makes the party" illustrated costume party scene, 1963 Pepsi-Cola "now it's Pepsi-for those who think young" father and son carving a Jack-O-Lantern, 1960 Sunkist Frozen Fruit Punches w/punch bowl inside a carved Jack-O-Lantern pumpkin, 1961 Kool-Aid w/signature Kool-Aid man face on pitcher surrounded by candy and treats in bowls, and 1964 Coca-Cola couple posing w/a Jack-O-Lantern holding both bottles showing the old logo and the new "Coke" name. Evenly aged, shows moderate handling and margin wear w/small tears/chips to edges and corners and visible wear as noted:
-1958 Pepsi masquerade woman is a 8.5x11.25 back cover advert w/staining at both top corners in margins and bends/creases from top middle to right corner.
-1960 Pepsi costume party has several small tears. chips and bends in margins to edges and corners.
-1963 Pepsi dad w/kid has 5" crease to bottom left corner.
-1960 Sunkist Frozen Fruit Punch has 1" tear in bottom left margin.
-1961 Kool-Aid has several chips and tears to left side edge.
-1964 Coke is a back cover advert has overall dust soiling and stain to bottom right corner in margins.
VG overall, will display above grade when framed.
