4.5x11.5". Copyright 1932 by A. Proper (NY). U.S. Capitol motif in center. Produced in effort to bolster President Hoover's campaign amidst the Great Depression and the increasingly unpopular 18th Amendment. Slight fading on text w/moderate wear. Extremely Fine.
