7.25" long. Eagle and shield motif in between portraits. A few vertical stresses and areas of thinness on ribbon, mostly relegated to top edge and just left of TR's portrait. Faint staining along left edge. Moderate wear. Fine. Scarce. Roger Richert Collection.
