Based on characters from the CBS cartoon The Mighty Heroes, created by Ralph Bakshi for Terrytoons. The show features a group of five hereoes - Strong Man, Rope Man, Diaper Man, Cuckoo Man and Tornado Man - and orginally aired Oct. 29, 1966 to March 11, 1967. Wrappers feature four of the five characters, omitting only Tornado Man. Box also has ad for other Fleer products, including tattoo transfers/bubble gum for Underdog on back side panel. Box is complete w/original generic insert and has some scattered lt. age spotting to lid, shows corner tip wear and perforated lid design has been punched. 5/8" tear at upper right corner by perforated design. Fine overall. Contents are unused and NM/Mint as issued, high grade old store stock. Wrappers are scarce and unused packs are rare, making this rare full box nearly unheard of. This is the only such example we've offered in our 58 years.
