19x28.75" first printing signed in gold pen by artists Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley at bottom r/l. Promoting a Winterland ballroom concert on Sun. Dec. 31 put on by Bill Graham featuring the Grateful Dead, Blues Brothers and New Riders of the Purple Sage in an all-night New Years Eve party w/"Breakfast Served At Dawn". This show marked the closing of Winterland; the ballroom converted into a concert space by Graham in 1971 it was also one of the most iconic shows to occur in the space. Graham estimated he received half a million inquiries for tickets more than any other show at the 5400-capacity room. Poster is graded and encapsulated by CGC 9.8 NM/Mint. The image on this poster is among the most iconic Dead poster images and has endured w/collectors for decades.
