Dec. 31 put on by Bill Graham featuring the Grateful Dead, Blues Brothers and New Riders of the Purple Sage in an all-night New Years Eve party w/"Breakfast Served At Dawn". This show marked the closing of Winterland; the ballroom converted into a concert space by Graham in 1971 it was also one of the most iconic shows to occur in the space. Graham estimated he received half a million inquiries for tickets more than any other show at the 5400-capacity room. Poster is graded and encapsulated by CGC 9.8 NM/Mint.
