8.5x10" 90 lb. watercolor paper, watercolor dyes, paint and color pencils. John Paul Leon's line art transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. Shadow Cabinet #4 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint Sept. 1994. Cover continues The Arcadian League story from previous issue w/villain Telesthene. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge wear, but in Exc. condition.
