M.D. Bright's line art transferred on to heavy smooth hot press paper that Milestone Color Editor and artist, Noelle Giddings, hand-painted as the original camera ready art for print of the comic book cover. Xombi #8 was published by DC Comics under their Milestone imprint Jan. 1995. Cover shows Xombi rising from a pool of blood. While this is a piece of final original color art, the printed cover was recolored and toned down, making it look less gory w/red blood. Title and artist names written on back of artboard. Light edge wear, but in Exc. condition.
