1-3/16" brass with loop and ring. High relief bust on front with text "Fiorello H. LaGuardia Mayor of N.Y.C. Nov. 7, 1933." Reverse, man, likely representing Hercules, uses flaming torch to battle tenacles of creature. Text "Hydrae Colla Exurit" means roughly "Destroy The Arms Of Evil." Sculptor copyright is "R. Votolo." Couple tiny rubs. N. Mint and Rare.
