Pillsbury offered a set of six premiums cardstock masks in 1964, w/full color character face on front and bw back w/additional character illustration plus instructions. Offered here is artboard featuring the production art for back to Rootin'Tootin' Raspberry, w/a combiation of pen and ink/pencil original art and pasted stats. Mask outline (and punch-out areas) is all pencil original art while image of Rootin'-Tootin' Raspberry at left is inked original art as is loop at nose area. The "I'm" text before character name has been hand-lettered; all else is printed stats, including illustrated instructions at right. Curved strip of staining along bottom of design where missing stat that included all character names is now missing. Production art has been professionally double-matted to 8-1/8x11.35" (13.25x16.5" overall size). Artboard has vertical slice at left, not overly distracting. VF overall and ready for framing. A must-have for the Funny Face collector, this historic production art is the only example we have seen for any of these iconic '60s Pillsbury premium masks.
