Item Description
The two-side litho tin pin-holder has 14 straight pins inserted around the thin side edge. Shows on one side the lion head trademark of equipment maker Kemp & Burpee. Reverse shows The Success (Manure) Spreader in action. A few paint dots off, but Exc. The pinbacks, w/back paper if issued as such, are from 7/8” to 1.75.” Norumbeca (slightest age tone) was amusement park in Boston, the “Lodge G. Verdi” early 1900s real photo, there are two Lion Coffee w/the dated one a rarity, the M-G-M button shows the famous “Leo”, the Red Cross is from WWI Canada (Montreal paper) and the last two zoo buttons feature a Lion baby zoo nursery (1900-01 owner ink dated paper) and “Lion Grotto” at the Phila. Zoo. All Exc. Overall. Both coffee are Ex-Hake Collection and the plate examples from Collectible Pin-Back Buttons Book. Both come w/Hake's COA. An instant collection.
