2.25x4-5/8" ticket for "Informed Voters League Meeting With Eldridge Cleaver" that took place at the Chase Avenue School in El Cajon, CA. Ticket has been signed in blue ink by Cleaver (1935-1998), an early leader of the Black Panther Party, having the titles Minister of Information and Head of the International Section of the Panthers.
