Pledge stamp is #4 "To Conserve National Wealth, I Promise To Respect Public And Private Property." Here is a rare instance where back is w/o a bakery imprint. Graded a 1.5 because of typical staining to back, front has trace of staining on margins but art remains strong w/rich color. At time of cataloging this is one of only two w/stamp in the PSA Pop Report, the other is a 1.5 Fair. These cards are rare w/stamp still intact and this is the toughest Superman card set to assemble as such.
