Item Description
Pair of 14x20" high quality silk-screened prints for event that took place May 28-30, 2004 at the Cold Spring Music Company in Cold Spring, NY. Cold Spring Music Company is a store specializing in "Music Related Art, Ltd. Edition Concert Posters, Silkscreens, Posters, Originals, Etc." and notes "Mark Arminski In Store" in large lettering at top center above Seeing Eye and palm. Great smoking clown image at upper right. Poster has been hand-numbered "26/85" at bottom left in pencil and has been signed by print designer Mark Arminski at lower right in pencil, adding "Imp" notation as Arminski also printed these prints. Exc. Second print features same printed design and has been hand-numbered "3/85" at bottom left in pencil and has also been signed by Arminski at lower right in pencil, again adding "Imp" notation. In addition to Arminski's signature, print's margins have been remarqued, and are completely filled w/Arminski's original pencil art. Some images include - topless hula girl playing ukulele, skulls, burning heart at top, stars, grasshopper, flying man, man w/brain exposed, "Big Top" circus tent w/baby freak, gun and banner reading "Eggs Are Evil." The palm and smoking clown images are repeated. NM. Wonderful, original art and a unique example. From the Mark Arminski Archives and comes w/a COA specially designed, signed and remarqued by him.
