Item Description
Single-sided 7x10.75" cardstock card has classic full body image of Superman standing w/hands on hips w/word balloon reading "Do Your Part. Buy Defense Stamps Each Week For Victory!" Right half of card features 16-Month calendar for Sept. 1942 to Dec. 1943. Card also features "Smash The Axis" text w/Homefront rationing tips. Card has even lt. aging and some minor corner tip wear at right. Two small spots of staining to top of Superman's boot, VF overall. Of all the World War II and Macy's-related ephemera of this era, this is among the rarest, this being just the second we've offered in our 58 years. Danny Fuchs Collection.
