Back has been signed by all four founding members - Tom Araya has signed in black felt tip pen while Jeff Hanneman (1964-2013), Dave Lombardo and Kerry King have all signed in pink paint pen. Front of flat has 1x3" area of surface paper lifting at top and 5/8x7/8" area of missing surface paper at lower right as once taped at corners for display (some tape remains at upper left w/residue at other corners). Flat has some corner tip wear. Fine overall, but signed back displays well and would make for great framed display. Comes w/JSA LOA.
