The quick sellout of this gig, just a month after the album Nevermind was released, was an indication of band's rocketship heating up. By the time the calendar flipped to 1992, the band would be in full orbit as Nevermind bumped Michael Jackson's album Dangerous from the top of the Billboard charts while moving 300,000 units a week, forever altering the cultural landscape.
