Item is 2-1/8" much like a celluloid pocket mirror except thin celluloid edge on reverse covers edge of a paper insert that repeats the image and text. Curl has name of American Art Works. Item is complete as issued and not something "put together," but we don't understand it's purpose as an ad specialty item. Only item seen of its type. Like #481, c. 1910-1920. Exc. and displays Mint.
