1" reads "Saunders Norvell 'He Does Things'." Likely issued for his St. Louis city council campaign or 1913 try for Democratic nomination for mayor. He was wholesale hardware dealer who moved to N.Y. in 1914 and in 1924 was elected president of Remington. Has St. Louis Button paper. Small scuff and faint gray tone to right of head. Still displays glossy. VF.
