Kit of four pieces issued by Kellogg's in 1951 with 6.25x8.25" mailing envelope. Envelope has usual wear due to mailing and is Fine with a VF appearance. First item is Vol 1, No. 1 "Space Cadet News" which measures 11.25x15". Includes many photos of the cast plus related text. One article pictures the club items although prototypes are shown and vary slightly from items produced. Back cover includes list of TV stations and show times. Tanned with light wear along fold lines. VF. Second item is 3.5x5.5" stiff paper glossy cast photo that includes facsimile signatures. Blank reverse has tan age spotting, front is glossy and clean with just a pair of tiny bumps at center caused by laying against button. Fine with VF appearance. Third item is 2.5x4" cardboard membership card decoder. One side serves as membership card while other has "Secret Cadet Code" and features an attached disk which is turned to reveal standard alphabet letters and their matching "Space Code Sign." Exc. Next is 2-1/8" dia. button with rocketship, lightning bolt and exhaust flames, "Space Cadet" text on either side. Has tiny bump at center on either side of the rocket caused by bar pin on reverse but button remains totally clean and exceptionally glossy. Exc. Missing issued patch and certificate.
