c. 1949 by Green Duck, this 1-3/8" litho changes Hake's Character Toy Guide 6th Edition entry from 4 known to 5 known. The blank reverse silver paint has hairline .25" and 1" scratches of no consequence. The front is as close to 100% flawless as a litho can be. Rare and superb condition with a modest opening bid.
