Lot of four. 1930s. Large 16" dia. one-sided recordings. Each recording was intended to be broadcast only once from each licensed radio station. Extensive text/disclaimers on each label includes "This Transcription Is Leased For One Single Performance Only, Over One Single Radio Station Only. If This Transcription Includes Copyrighted Music Selections Notice Is Hereby Given That Arrangements Have Been Made To Pay The Required License Fees To The Music Publishers Protective Association. This Transcription Must Not Be Broadcast A Second Time, Nor From Another Station Than The One Over Which It Is Originally Contracted For Release." Label also includes "An Earnshaw-Young Production/Recorded In The Studios Of Freeman Lang/Hollywood-California." Episodes included are: 136, 138, 152 and 237A. #152 has edge chip, others with typical surface wear. Fine.
