When Full, Open And Go To The Nearest Bank Or Post Office And Buy A War Bond To Aid Our Country's War Effort...V/Novelty Mfg. Co. New York." Text is repeated on each end. Center has instructions for coin removal. Moisture marks on label. Scattered paint flecks. Overall impressive. VG.
