Signed in blue felt tip pen "Thanks - Bruce Springsteen." 1x2.75" area of slight discoloration with 2 strips of surface paper from address label removal. Scattered cover rubs. Still displays Exc. with N. Mint signature area. Comes with Hake's COA.
