Item Description
2.25" long. Realistically-colored celluloid oval shell is tabbed to the body. Shell reads "Slow But Sure/Billups/Richmond." Comes with totally plain but almost certainly original cardboard box that has just a little dust soil. The turtle is Mint with its touches of green accent paint on the iron.
