6.5" long by 2" wide by 5" tall. c. 1950s. Plastic. Great design of witch on motorcycle w/broom handle extending through headlight. Broom bristles appear above back fender. Smiling jack-o-lantern rides behind w/open top, likely for candy. Wheels move freely. St. trace of wear. A great design. VF.
