6x9" blister card contains 3.75" tall action figure by Hasbro © 1991. This is version 4 of Road Block Heavy Machine Gunner action figure and was released as part of the 11th G.I. Joe action figure series in 1992. Figure was later recalled due to accessories being considered choking hazards. Figure was re-released in 1993 w/new accessories. Blister remains fully sealed and includes flying saucer, launcher, large machine gun, knife, road block figure and GI Joe folder. Card shows lt. traces of wear, mostly at bottom corners.
