9" tall. c. 1930s. Well-made penguin figure with cigarette at side of mouth. Top of top hat with electric lighter area. Made of Bakelite-like plastic composition. Red spring-loaded catalin operating knob. New cord. Works. Tiny spots of color loss around hat/decal. Lt. wear. A delightful countertop display. Fine.
