3x5” paper unused although it has been folded 3 times and has faint crease lines. Includes address of organization on Lexington Ave. in NYC whose purpose was to protect American jobs during the Depression. Paragraph of text reads “I Hereby Pledge Myself To Buy, So Far As Is Practicable, Only Products Made Or Grown In America. By American Labor, Of American Materials – And Thereby Protect My Job, Give Work To My Fellow Americans, And Maintain The American Standard Of Wages.” Pinned to the paper is a member’s button 9/16” litho. Paper is Exc. and the button is Mint. First time we’ve seen the paper. From the Morry Greener Collection.
