Has metal back with barpin and reads "Re-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt." Small bit of oxidation on the pin shaft but causes no problem. The celluloid has only the most minor surface wear in reflected light and is Exc. displaying Mint. Unlisted in Hake. Rare.
