Scene shows man racing on horseback to warn people of on-coming wall of water. In addition to the text quoted in our title additional text on bottom edge reads "Flee To The Hills For Your Lives." Button was likely inspired by the Great Flood of 1889 which unleashed 4.8 billion gallons of water upon the town of Johnstown, PA killing over 2200 people.
