Auction #206 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1278 in auction 206
Item Description
This is one of the most symbolically violent campaign items of all times. It is a 7/8" lapel stud by Baldwin & Gleason. Very tiny cello split by reverse metal back but barely showing. Front shows large gold bug impaled by a golden spike. Surrounding text is "What We'll Do To Gold Bugs." Some pinpoints of gold color have lost their brightness over the design but it is still clear and easily readable. Hake Bryan #321. Sen. Charles Dick Collection.
