Item Description
3" tall with brass hanger and portrait fob joined by dark red ribbon inscribed "Uncle Joe." Ribbon has some dustiness to it with a series of tiny fabric separations below the word "Joe" but still very much intact. Metal parts are Exc. and reverse of fob is stamped by maker Shaw of Phila. A rare hopeful. Sen. Charles Dick Collection.
