4.5x13x7.5" tall tin litho toy comes in original. 1960's by Masudaya Toys Co. Box is complete with plain cardboard inserts. Box has scattered edge wear with creases, but remains tight, Fine. Toy is very nicely detailed and includes shiloette images of passengers at windows, simulated waves around base. Has separate removable plastic smoke stacks. Toy works, but does require a small spacer in the battery box to allow the batteries to make contact. Travels around with bump and go action, whistles, smoke comes out of the smoke stacks [one of our photos shows the toy in operation and smoking]. Minute scattered paint nicks but glossy and Exc. Great design.
