Item Description
The cover portrays a surprisingly serious look at the life led by soldiers during the war. The difference between the kids and the adults is made clear by the depths they are wading through. With rifles held over their head, the kids seem to be very tired, but they can’t help but be determined to get on with what they are doing. The pages are cream to off-white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 8.5 (VF+). According to the CGC Census the book is the second –highest copy they have seen.
