Item Description
Some comic historians consider this issue’s cover one of the classic Nazi-themed covers of the Golden Age. Already established in the public’s eye through his exposure in Radio and Movies, Captain Midnight had a good run in comics as well. Fawcett Publications kept the title alive until 1948 when it was canceled with issue #67. Captain Marvel eventually ended up on TV during the earliest days of that medium. The pages are white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 9.4 (NM). According to the CGC Census this is the highest-graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as being part of the Mile High Pedigree.
