Item Description
This is the first issue of the long running title from Hillman Periodicals. It actually lasted 22 issue under this title and with #23 (v2 #11) it was than titled after its leading character, Airboy. It lasted until 1953. The Black Commander makes his only appearance in this issue. The cover features some striking Nazi and Swastika imagery. The pages are cream to off-white. This unrestored book is CCG-certified 9.0 (VF/NM). According to the CGC Census this copy is tied with one other as the second-highest graded copy they have seen.
