Auction #184 - Part II
Item numbers 953 through 2651 in auction 184
Item Description
This issue has two incredible reasons for making sure it is in your collection. First, it contains the origin and first appearance of the Golden Age Daredevil in his blue and yellow costume. That story is by Jack Binder. Secondly, the cover is considered one of the classics of the Golden Age. Jack Cole’s take on the Claw is terrifying. The Claw returns in this issue. The 2005 Overstreet Comic Book Price Guide lists this book as scarce. The pages are off-white to white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 5.5 (FN-). According to the CGC Census this is the second-highest graded copy they have seen.
