3.5" button with cardboard back, fixed horizontal bar pin and cardboard holding a 4.5" ribbon reading "Montgomery County Pennsylvania." The button itself carries the inauguration date of "Jan. 20, 1941." Trivial cello wear in reflected light. NM and displaying Mint. Julie Powell Collection.
