.75" tall celluloid oval with beautiful image of Santa who has holly wreath accents around the lower edge of his hat. The reverse has a pair of brass prongs that fold over joining the piece to a 1.5" long irregularly shaped piece of brass which has accent lines over the front and edge text "Roto Swing 3." By flicking the celluloid the oval will spin around although we do not know what the purpose of this piece was intended to be. It is from the early 1900s. Slight loss of luster on the brass. Cello is Mint. We know it's rare, we just don't know its purpose.
