The certificate is 3.5x6.25". It has three vertical fold lines and each side has been signed by the member in ink. The reverse has the six point club "Pledge." Some additional traces of dust soil but overall in Fine condition. The manual is also 3.5x6.25". Top has a little faint tan spotting on his hat and bottom has scattered tiny bits of surface paper wear mostly below the pennant design reading "Win With Dizzy Dean." This is a 12 page booklet with center spread picturing 16 "Nifty Prizes" that continue over the next four pages with a total of 33. Most of these are generic but the first 7 were actually created for him and carry his name as premiums for club members. Tiny bit of staple stain at the center and trace of tanning on the back cover but overall VG. Both are scarce pieces issued by Grape-Nuts cereal in 1935.
