Item Description
4.5" w/large New York City union bug at bottom. Two tiny pin holes at top just left of center. The top 2" of the ribbon has a faint stain that is nearly invisible when viewed from front and does not affect the striking metallic silver text. VF. Limited distribution. Rare.
