Item Description
1.25" and 7/8". First features classic W&H design but rather than a portrait the text "Zlot VIII Okrecu II Z.S.P. 1910 Milwaukee, Wis". While the specific purpose of this button is unknown to us our research turned up an Oct. 29, 1910 'Conference Of The Polish Socialist Organizations' at the Socialist Party of America Chicago headquarters. Additionally earlier that year on January 23 & 24 Emma Goldman gave lectures in Milwaukee. NM displaying Mint. Rare. Second is litho w/portrait of "Lenin" at center and text "United Against War And Fascism Join The Communist Party" around rim. Faint hairline scratches on surface. VF.
