4x9-3/8" Air Mail envelope features wonderful specialty pen and ink original art (w/red pencil coloring) depicting Pogo laying against log w/word balloon reading "Pogo Who?" as small insect says "Aw, C'mon Pogo! Don't Fool Me!" Back flap features illustration of Albert Alligator w/cigar in his mouth and large question mark by his head. Art was done by longtime Walt Kelly assistant George Ward, who has hand-lettered envelope (and added Kelly signature). Envelope features Oct. 14, 1974 postmark and shows some scattered lt. wear as mailed. VF overall, but art displays Exc. Charlie Roberts Collection.
